  • In the State of Ohio, there are no explicit regulations or statutory requirements mandating a dental license for the provision of teeth whitening services in non-dental environments, including salons or aesthetic establishments. Similarly, specific guidelines pertaining to dental gem application services within Ohio's dental or aesthetician licensing frameworks have not been explicitly outlined. It is essential, however, to emphasize to our esteemed clientele the significance of regular dental check-ups and consultations with their Dental Hygiene specialist before availing themselves of our services. Our services are not intended as substitutes for their primary dental hygiene care, but rather complementary enhancements to their overall aesthetic experiences.

  • Clients may be asked to consent to the taking of photos or videos before, during, or after procedures for documentation, promotional, or educational purposes. We respect our clients' privacy and confidentiality.

• Our cancellation and refund policy will be clearly communicated to clients before any service is rendered. This policy outlines procedures for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds, if applicable.

• Our services primarily cater to the Columbus, Ohio (43224) local area, unless communicated otherwise through our social media channels or website announcements. Prior to making any reservations, it remains your responsibility to ensure your availability for the requested service.

• Mypocketcloset LLC retains the right to issue refunds within a 24-hour period of any post-purchase transaction.

• Customers can request a reservation postponement up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. They have the option to retain the reservation credit for up to three months or reschedule for another suitable date. Any stored credit will be automatically redeemed if not utilized within this three-month window. 

• Customers are entitled to postpone a service appointment up to three times within a year using the stored credit. Upon exhausting the three postponements without receiving the service, the stored credit will be automatically redeemed.

• In the event of a no-show for the appointment, the reservation payment will be automatically redeemed, and the service will not be provided. Similarly, if a client arrives 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time, the reservation payment will be redeemed, and the service will not be provided.

• Service prices for reservations may vary. If utilizing stored credit, customers are required to cover any cost differences to finalize the new reservation.    

• Payments made for services rendered by Mypocketcloset LLC and its staff are non-refundable.

• For dissatisfaction claims: 

  1. Customers must request resolution immediately after the service, prior to settling payment. 

  2. In such cases, the customer remains liable for 60% of the service cost, encompassing supplies, service time, and immediate product removal. Removal of any provided product is mandatory to qualify for a dissatisfaction discount.

  3. For services involving non-removable treatments like permanent makeup, brow tinting, brow lamination, lash tinting, etc., customers will be accountable for 80% of the service cost. The requested service will no longer be provided by the Beauty Specialist responsible for the initial service.

  4. Dissatisfaction claims are not applicable for services availed through seasonal promotional discounts. However, we will address the concerns to ensure future customer satisfaction with the service provider.

  5. If a customer reports dissatisfaction with our service three or more times within a year, Mypocketcloset LLC reserves the right to discontinue services for that particular customer immediately."

• Combining promotional discounts is not permissible unless explicitly stated in the promotional announcement.

• Promotional discounts are single-use offerings unless specified otherwise within the terms of the promotional campaign.
