👑 How to Qualify as a Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador, you bring the ultimate luxury beauty experience into your city—and in return, your personal service package is 100% complimentary!

To qualify and lock in your exclusive event date, host applicants must meet the following baseline requirements.

Why it matters: This guarantees event profitability, keeps package rates affordable for your guests, and covers all travel and event overhead.

1. Minimum Guest Headcount

Secure at least 5 paying guests for your private event (in addition to yourself as the Host).

2. Deposit Collection & Timelines

Collect a 30% non-refundable deposit from each attending guest at least 14 days before the scheduled event date.
Ensure all participating guests complete their digital consent and medical/skin pre-screening forms (required for PMU & Lash services) before the event.

3. Space Qualifications

Provide an indoor space (such as a living room, private suite, or dining area) that accommodates:
- Comfortable seating and table space for guests during the event.
- Adequate floor space (approx. 6ft x 3ft) to set up a portable beauty bed, ring light, and technician stool in the case of just Beauty Services.
- Access to standard electrical outlets and good lighting.
- Submit Images and video of the space and settings for inspection and approval evaluation.

4. Event Promotion & Social Media Engagement

Agree to share the official event graphics or promotional flyer on your personal social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok) to announce your private party date.
Allow Dolcelya Mobile Beauty to capture event highlights, guest photos, and videos during the session for promotional use.

5. Positive Vibe & Hospitality

This is your event, and empowering the atmosphere for your friends during the workshop and beauty sessions is important to all of us.
Privacy and noise reduction during services s is required. This not only allows 100% success in the performance, but it creates a relaxing experience for all the members receiving service.
No children allowed during the service process or event space. This will allows to maintain control in safety and hygiene standards before, during, and after the services are performed.
